Analysis of Workflow and Quality of Existing Cost Data
Our Professional Services Group works closely with our clients to
understand their current workflow in an effort to preserve existing best
practices and discover opportunities for process improvement. It is
during this analysis phase that we also determine how appropriate
existing cost data is for use in the implementation phase.
Database Development
WinEst Professional Services can help you create a database from scratch
using your existing cost data or we can provide the assistance you need
to modify a third party database. WinEst has developed powerful tools to
help with the importing of existing cost data from Microsoft Excel. Our
consultants can perform these database development services or we can
support your existing administrative resources if you prefer a “train
the trainer” environment.
Building Assemblies
WinEst assembly technology provides customers with an incredible
productivity increase over single item takeoff. If you’ve implemented
WinEst but you are yet to maximize the benefit you could be receiving by
performing assembly takeoff, you should contact our Professional

Creating Custom
Reports
Reporting requirements are critical to how you present your business to
the world. WinEst PSG can help you build reports that allow you to
continue to present estimating data the way your company wants to see
it. In many cases reports are as simple as creating or modifying
an existing WinEst filter. WinEst Enterprise Data Manager stores all
estimate data in MS SQL, making the reporting options limitless.

dramatically reduce your implementation costs by leveraging the
