WinEstimator Releases Version 11 and EDM Version 11

KENT, WA. - November 12, 2008  –  WinEstimator, Inc., a global leader in the development of project cost estimating software announced the release of WinEst Version 11. This significant upgrade of WinEst cost estimating software provides a number of new features designed to further support the adoption of WinEst in the Energy, Public Utilities, and Manufacturing market segments.

WinEst Version 11 will allow users to:

• More easily record and manage multiple price quotes from subcontractors and material   _suppliers
• Store both list price and sale price for each material item in the database (price book), a _necessary pricing option for the manufacturing market segment
• More quickly query the cost database by allowing customers to filter their database by every _field on an item record
• Utilize new Markup options, ie; new tax markups that support International requirements for _“tax on tax” type calculations
• Take advantage of additional spreadsheet views and reporting options
• New preference settings allow for additional system customization
