Programmer/Developer:
WinEstimator is looking for a software engineer with an in-depth knowledge of component-based
software development, object oriented systems, and web based solutions. This dynamic position
provides the opportunity to work with a variety of projects that utilize an array of different
technologies.
Description & Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of component-based software development, object oriented systems, and
web based solutions. Detailed technical understanding of relational database theory, COM,
Multi-threaded programming, and .Net (both Windows and Web), and HTML. Demonstrable experience with C#.
Additional experience with ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML, XML, Java Script, Microsoft SQL Server is desirable.
Proficient analytical and problem solving skills, ability to translate business needs into
system solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. The ability
to work as an effective team member in support of the team s objectives. Knowledge and
practical use of the software development life-cycle. BS/MS in Computer Science or
equivalent relevant work experience.
This position will report to the CIO within the R&D department.
Inside Sales/Account Managers:
WinEstimator is seeking goal oriented candidates, with successful software sells experience.
The inside sales staff has responsibility for the sale of WinEstimator products and services to
new and existing customers directly as well as through business partners.
This is accomplished through effective lead qualification, follow-up and development to close.
The inside sales representative is responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities and
accurate sales forecasting. The ideal candidate will perform this job with the highest standards
for customer service, integrity and commitment to excellence.
Success in this role is measured by revenue generation and customer retention. Grow new business
by adding new customers, retain and grow existing customers by selling additional software products
and licenses, provide an excellent customer experience, follow up to customer requests in a
timely manner and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
