WinEst Virtual Takeoff® is a powerful on-screen estimating takeoff tool which enables you to perform your takeoff directly on your PC screen. With WinEst Virtual Takeoff you can do your takeoff anywhere, anytime.

DesignEst Pro™ leverages the detailed design information contained in projects created with Revit Architecture 2008® to quickly produce both conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates. With DesignEst Pro it’s now possible to explore design "what ifs" and immediately see the impact on the project budget. Since DesignEst Pro runs within Revit, you are able to view the cost of your objects without having to leave the application.

WinEst Enterprise Data Manager™ (EDM) enables companies to organize and manage cost estimate information efficiently in an easy to understand data structure. All information maintained by EDM is stored in either Microsoft SQL® or Microsoft MSDE®. EDM enables users to create a variety of project related data types, including projects, sub projects, change orders, estimates, etc. Team and user based security ensures that access to vital data is limited to authorized personnel.
