WinEst has created a unique two-way interface with MS Project that dramatically reduces the time required to load individual task with supporting details from the estimate. Less time spent creating cost and resource-loaded tasks means more time for exploring “what-if” scenarios, like resource leveling and changing the dependencies between tasks.

WinEst’s MS Project Integrator provides you with a wide range of new capabilities:

► Supports an estimating-centric workflow where project tasks are created from the scope of work as defined by the estimate

► Supports a project controls-centric workflow, where the project scope is initially defined in MS Project, then made available to the estimator when the estimate is being assembled
