WinEst® databases are electronically compiled cost item price books specifically designed to run efficiently and effectively in all WinEst modules. Each database has a list of items, pre-built formulas and headings designed to assist the estimator.

 These databases are templates, and are fully customizable for your own pricing and labor rates.

• Commercial/General Contractor — offered with items and/or assemblies with a sample labor table
• Heavy construction — assembly database with sample labor table
• Mechanical database with assemblies
• Electrical database with assemblies
• Residential/Light Construction (offered with and without assemblies)
