• Setting and confirming that your scale is correct
• Identifying important construction notes and creating "hot links"
• Quantifying areas, lengths and items
• Tracking items on layers
• Creating RFI‟ from an electronic bid
• Working with the "overlay" tool to track revisions
• Using "zones" for simple percentage of completion reports
• Totaling your bid by base bid, alternates, "areas" or "zones
